I have been a personal trainer now for over 8 years, I received my accreditation from AIPT where I completed my CERT 3 & 4 in fitness. I absolutely love the industry and thrive off seeing my clients getting results and becoming their best healthiest selves.
My forte is training all women; post pregnancy, weight loss, fitness, trim and toning and all over body strength along with my 4 and 8 week transformation challenges. If you are looking for someone to feel comfortable around and to help you receive those rewarding results I can help you.

Hi, my name is Debi and I am a Personal Trainer at Brooke’s Fitness Manjimup after completing my Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness at AIPT in 2019.
I am a local girl who married a local boy and together we have 3 children. I have always loved being active, I play Netball and Basketball, enjoy walking, cycling, and swimming. I love a challenge, pushing myself to new limits and setting goals that scare me a little. My goal for 2021 is to compete in my first Tri-Athlon.
I currently run the Kids Circuit Class, Rise and Grind Bootcamps, and have recently started Bootcamps at Pemberton. I love HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), nothing beats getting your heartrate up and burning some calories. The feeling after a HIIT session is done is so empowering.
I just love seeing our clients achieve their goals, feeling better and looking great.

Hey, my name is Ashley Smith and im a Muay Thai instructor at Fitlife Manjimup, I'm a local boy and when I'm not training Muay Thai I enjoy the outdoor life camping, surfing and freediving. My Muay Thai training regime is 4-5 nights a week 5 nights when I'm in fight camp, I am currently training under Will Green and have previously trained with Sean Hopley for the last 3 of my fights.
I teach both the kids class Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30 to 4:15 and 2 nights of adult classes from 6:30 to 7:30 also Tuesday and Thursday. Training Muay Thai has been one of my goals and it is both rewarding and challenging. I am a qualified Muay Thai instructor with 5 years of experience and 3 fights, I am looking at pursuing fighting more in the future. My training for the kids class consists mainly of beginner technique and cardio with many technique based games included for fun. The adult class is highly intensive and consists of conditioning and cardio mixed in with pad rounds for technique. My Muay Thai style covers all basis of basic Thai technique and i look forward to seeing any Muay Thai enthusiasts at the gym.

After gaining a black belt in Tae Kwon Do I moved over to Muay Thai.
I was drawn to competition for the challenge of putting yourself directly against and opponent. Over a period of 4 years, I had 12 bouts, Winning 8 of those.
I moved to Manjimup in 2008 and started coaching Muay Thai in 2009. Most students join to gain the fitness, strength and flexibility benefits of training in this sport.

I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, and one of the things I love about this profession is that its always changing and evolving with new training techniques and styles. One of my favourite things about personal training is seeing my clients achieve their goals whether that’s strength, cardio, fitness, losing weight or just an increase in their overall health. The styles of training I love are Strength Base Training mixed with High Intensity Interval Training. I love the way both of these training styles improve our day to day life styles.
