For me being fit and healthy is a lifestyle, im here to help and encourage others to be the best possible healthy version of themselves. I have been a personal trainer now for over 8 years, I received my accreditation from AIPT where I completed my CERT 3 & 4 in fitness. I absolutely love the industry and thrive off seeing my clients getting results and becoming their best healthiest selves.

My forte is training all women; pre & post pregnancy, weight loss, fitness, trim and toning and all over body strength along with my 4 and 8 week transformation challenges. If you are looking for someone to feel comfortable around and to help you receive those rewarding results I can help you.
Hayley Decampo
Certified Personal Trainer
with Brookes Fitness
Hi, I’m Hayley.
I completed my Certificate IV in Personal Training with AIPT in 2022. I am not a newbie to the personal training scene!!
I started training with Brooke’s fitness in 2015 before during and after my pregnancies. It was the Mums & Bubs classes that Brookes Fitness runs that helped me find my passion for exercise again. I remembered how it can impact your life in so many ways other than just physically. I made working out a priority in my life and it became a passion, not a chore.
Having always worked in office environments behind a desk I decided to follow my passion for exercise and became a personal trainer.
My aim is to get others to feel about exercise the way I do and help them find their strengths and passions within it. I find it empowering and liberating to see yourself run faster, lift heavier, jump higher or stretch further whatever achievement you hope to reach.
Being new I am open to ideas, feedback and suggestions. I just want to make your personal training experiences the best I possibly can for YOU.
Courtney Blakers
Certified Fitness Instructor
with Brookes Fitness
My names Courtney and I’m one of the trainers at Fitlife. I thought it was time I jumped on here and introduced myself!
I’ve sat and written this so many times about what my hobbies are, how I grew up loving sports and all the pieces of information that I think people would want to know about me.
The truth is I decided to train to become a personal trainer because I believe that fitness contributes to our mental wellbeing in so many more ways than some people may realise.
My family and I relocated back to Manjimup after living in Bunbury for 10 years and in this time I joined a gym which accelerated my passion for all things fitness. What I thought dragging myself out of bed on cold mornings turned out to be so much more and life changing. During this time my gym became much more than just a place of exercise, it became my second home, a safe space and a place in which I made some lifelong friendships. My trainers and fellow gym crew became some of my closest friends and had such a power impact on my life.
I believe that a gym, and the people in it, means so much more than a space to exercise the body, it refines our minds and revives our souls
Lily Sputore
Certified Personal Trainer
with Brookes Fitness
Hi, I’m Lily. I am a qualified personal trainer here at Fitlife. since completing my work experience hours with Brooke during school and training myself, my passion for the gym and personal wellbeing sparked, this further encouraged me to complete my Certification III in fitness whilst completing year 12. As year 12 finished I was ready to jump into the industry and complete my Certificate IV, after 6 long months, early mornings and lots of driving I had completed my Certification.
Being incredibly passionate i jumped on the first opportunity that was presented to me and haven’t stopped since. I plan to further my studies along the way and specialise in areas such as; Strength and Conditioning, functional movement and corrective exercises. To help my clients succeed and achieve their goals!
I strive to influence others into making a positive change in their life through fitness, helping them along the way in finding what their strengths and interests are whilst creating an environment that is fun!

I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, and one of the things I love about this profession is that its always changing and evolving with new training techniques and styles. One of my favourite things about personal training is seeing my clients achieve their goals whether that’s strength, cardio, fitness, losing weight or just an increase in their overall health. The styles of training I love are Strength Base Training mixed with High Intensity Interval Training. I love the way both of these training styles improve our day to day life styles.
Will Green
Muay Thai Instructor
Hey i'm Will

After gaining a black belt in Tae Kwon Do I moved over to Muay Thai.
I was drawn to competition for the challenge of putting yourself directly against and opponent. Over a period of 4 years, I had 12 bouts, Winning 8 of those.

I moved to Manjimup in 2008 and started coaching Muay Thai in 2009. Most students join to gain the fitness, strength and flexibility benefits of training in this sport.
Stephen Burch
Muay Thai Instructor
Hi I’m Stephen, I’ve been training in Muay Thai (the art of eight limps) for a little over 10 years gaining my experience from Will Green, and during this time I’ve also competed in 5 fights. I’ve always been passionate about sport and fitness since a young age. I was a competitive swimmer for 8 years and have played soccer for Manjimup Rovers soccer club since I was about 12 years old. I’m sure some of you may have also seen me running around the streets training for various running events. Muay Thai has been a great sport to get involved in learning discipline and respect while gaining strength, fitness, flexibility and great friendships. So why not come down to Fitlife and give Muay Thai a go! Remember you don’t need to have done Muay Thai before, this class is open to all levels.
